"Calvin Anderson. I figured it would work best to start the review with the name of the guy that got the 5 stars. My wife and I underwent price hikes for auto and home insurance over the last year. We went through multiple agents and companies trying to find the best combination of auto insurance here, home insurance there, or combo packages at a company. "Well, I’m very happy and glad that I found Calvin Anderson, (I actually got call from another State Farm location) but something make me calling Scott’s location, cuz I did business with them before. Calvin took my phone call and I told him what I want, what did I need. I show him my policy with Allstate and I ask him if he can bet Allstate price, he put some numbers together for me and he ending give me a great news twice. And to be fair I call my old agent and I have to leave a voicemail, email and after call 2 time saying I’m canceling. They call me back right away I told them what State Farm got me price for with the some policy, I have with Allstate, if they can do the some I will stay with them, but they ask me for proof I send it to them, I was kind upset because I was with them for a long time and they didn’t believe me, it’s ok I call Calvin one ring he answered I was impress, Wow, I even text him he text me right away that’s a great service. Fantastic. Even after got my new policy he still answered and text right way I will say. With Allstate i have to leave voicemail or leave email and 3days later, they I will call you back or some time next day. with State Farm they answer right away or text me. I usually I can tell when people willing to help or they just wanna get the number in. I got GOOD feeling with Calvin that make me switch insurance and so far I’m happy thank you very much Calvin, you awesome keep up the good work. After they ask me for the proof Allstate couldn’t get better prices with the some policy so CALVIN you got my business for long time thank you 👍🏽👍🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽"

"I would have put between 3-4 stars because of State Farm insurance as a company, but Scott Huels' office really does look out for our home and autos, even our persons. I just got off the phone with Calvin Anderson, a team member there at Scott's location. We were going over comparisons of Life insurance, going over our vehicle coverage, and lastly revisiting our home owners insurance. Calvin was very easy to talk to, open and honest when speaking about my current life insurance (if they could match or beat what I currently have). But he also took great care in thoroughly combing through our home and autos insurance plans to see where we could save money without effecting our coverage. Calvin wasn't pushy AT ALL during the entire call, leaving me with info to talk over with my husband and to call back at a later time. THIS is the reason they get 5 stars. I know most insurance companies are a blah to work with, so it doesn't really matter who you are insured through. What does matter is the team you pick to represent you FOR that insurance company. We picked a fantastic team and aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Thanks Calvin, and thanks Scott!!"
