"So I just bought a new car. I have a unique situation where I am temporarily living in one state and my wife and another one. I sent messages out to several brokers and insurance agencies asking what I can do about this and signed up for some quotes. I asked to be contacted by email as I cannot answer my phone at work. State Farm answered my question quickly and offered to help in anyway they could in an email and left it there. Whereas other companies, large and small and a number of brokers were blowing up my phone all day long. I respected State Farm’s decision to contact me the way I requested and to leave it there.
